And then some: jail time, public humiliation, sad and lonely death, burial in a pauper’s grave with no marker, and eternal misery in HELL! Fucker!

I agree with all-but-one of the fates you listed.
If he’s in an unmarked grave, how will we know where to direct our collective urine streams?
As soon as his passing is announced, I’m going to add asparagus to my garden, specifically so I can eat a full plate a couple hours before paying my “respects.”
We’ve endured too much over the past three years to just piss away such a golden opportunity.

I heartily endorse that statement as a citizen of this democracy and in its defense from forces or people who would wreak havoc on it, subvert it or destroy it.

Thank You!

Absofreekin lutely! Gives me goosebumps to know this is turning into what it is, a very sinister element of our government, run by mobsters for profit and unethical corruption at the highest levels.

TAKE DOWN AND ARREST THEM! Do it now!

It seems the republicans in congress do not support the constitution or this country. I guess all we can do is pray till the next election. People seem to want to duck their heads and hope for the best. Hope is not a tactic. I heard that phrase, some movie. lol

For religious folks, prayer accomplishes some good, but there’s much, much more that we all must do between now and November.

1. Financially support Democratic candidates. At all levels: local, state and federal. Set aside whatever you can afford each month to donate to campaigns, whether in your home district/state or beyond. I so want Amy McGrath to defeat Yertle McTurtle that I’m willing to put my money where my mouth/keyboard/screen are.
2. Volunteer. Whether it’s calling strangers and asking them to confirm their voter-registration and get-out-to-vote, going door-to-door in your neighborhood, or driving Dem votes to the polls, do something!
3. Visibly show your support. Yard signs — especially in high traffic areas — t-shirts, and even bumper-stickers help get the word out. Show up and actively participate in Dem candidates’ rallies, other public events.
4. Keep your eyes on the prize: regardless of who is selected as the Democratic presidential candidate, don’t desert the party because your favorite didn’t win the primaries. The RusspubliCONs are counting on our becoming fragmented during and after the primaries. Tell them to fuck off.

We desperately need a “sea change” — especially in light of global climactic events — and that require active involvement. Actively become part of that sea-change!

but one unexpected consequence of this, at least to Republicans, will be generalized lawlessness. People who don't support the Constitution and the faithful execution of the laws, as in this Senate Trial, will break the law.
