Seems exaggerated. An admittedly self-serving Parnas dismissed Hyde as a drunken crank looking to get attention. Plenty of other real criminality to focus on, no need to take up possible imaginary charges.

Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not out to get you.” Sounds like appropriate and sage advice here given all we do know. Sure, let’s not muddy the works... and I’m sure the impeachment trial won’t, but aside from the specific word or putting it in clearer words — “a violent plot to eliminate the American Ambassador in Kyiv” is hardly an exaggeration. She got called by a friendly State Dept. source and told to get on a plane now because her safety was at risk. That’s pretty clear statement in itself.

He offer no evidence for the assertion of his initial premise that the State dept knew the threat to the ambassador came from “inside the president’s circle”.

It’s been implied by Parnas and others, but so far there is no smoking gun.

But I'm satisfied for now with folks asking Secretary of State Mike Pompeo some really pointed questions about this. Under oath at a hearing of a House committee if necessary.

that Carol Perez (but don't quote me) called her in the middle of the night to tell her to get back to Washington first thing. So, in that regard, it was someone from State who gave her the warning.

But in reading his tread, something is still unanswered. In his PS's at the bottom, the mention of the "BLT" group has me a bit confused. If what Parnas is saying is true and these dinners/meetings were get toghethers to talk about the activities with regard to their "plans, projects, etc" someone in this group would have to be feeding Trump and any Russian contact with the updates.

It just appears that someone in that group had to be in contact with the Russians, just can't fighre out who?
