the Repugs have got to act fast to avoid losing the Presidency to a President Pelosi. They need to march in to the WH and get Trump to resign. Get Pence installed as President and have him appoint another VP immediately.

If they hesitate - both Trump & Pence are toast and Pelosi steps in.

3. The republican Senators better hurry with that

Because a lot more is coming out, and Rudy will go the way of Micheal Cohen and flip on trump , maybe sooner than they think , and implicate many of them. Rudy will turn on trump I think to save his own neck. When Hyde is investigated it'll be even worse for trump and others if they are exposed they illegally was spying on her, especially using illegal wiretapping, and was using corrupted foreign intel to be able to deny it if it was discovered. They better hurry as this moves faster every day exposing more. Hyde needs to appear before the House ASAP under oath , and for the public to see and hear. Then others Parnas implicated to corroborate his claims. The republicans in Congress have to know now , its over and they have no choice but to dump trump now. trump will soon be attacking parnas , then threatening him, and make up false and misleading accusations against him like he does when exposed. The House should ask that he appear before them now to under oath say he didn't know this was going on, or wasn't behind this.

7. I haven't heard that Hyde was on the ground in Ukraine.

From his text messages it seems that he was there but these days he could be doing his double-naught spy work from home using his chat application. He may just be a perpetually drunk, stay-at-home wanna-be spy.

That Trump will resign. be forced out,,whatever... however, both Trump and Pence being gone and Pres Pelosi? That is not even close to any dreams I dream,,won't happen.

Most likely here is Trump is acquitted but public opinion turns sharply against Republicans. Trump's only way to save himself and his corrupt party is to cancel the next election. 11. New VP would have to be approved by both houses.....

I was curious how the appointment of a new VP worked so looked it up. 25th Amendment says that a new VP is nominated by the President and must be confirmed by both houses of Congress.

One side of my brain hopes that the House would do some payback and not approve anyone along the lines of Moscow Mitch's "let the voters decide" bullshit when he stole a Supreme Court seat.

The other side of my brain hopes that the House would be adults and look at the qualifications of whomever was nominated.

And actually I don't see it ever coming to this because Moscow Mitch would never allow his boys to vote for removing Pence.

12. Not enough time.....

A potus can't "appoint" a vp. They nominate one, but it takes hearings and votes in both houses to confirm one. It can be fast, or......

If they nominate someone toxic, like hailey, the hearings will stretch out most of the summer in the house. Given the current gop, all they have are toxic choices. And whoever becomes the nominee in 2020 will be stuck under a cloud.

Nope, no vp swap is going to happen. Trump isn't going to resign. He won't be removed.

Rapture wouldn't even help because surely he and his coven would be left behind.
