In this nightmare, the question is, “When did the President think this up, and how did he micromanage it?”

Especially when Jill Wine-Banks was just on with Chris Hayes. And you're right, just from we've heard so far, it all started with and comes back to Trump. He deserves a lot worse than mere impeachment.
