Worst Year Ever podcast: How The Furries Fought The Nazis and Won

X-posted from Multimedia, because it has some interesting themes that might fit in GD, too.

The furry community has been disregarded, looked down on, brushed aside, and mocked for years, even when there was a terrorist attack at the hotel of one of the biggest furry conventions in North America that hospitalized 19 people. News anchors couldn't report on it because they were laughing so hard.

Cody Johnston and Katy Stoll (of Some More News and Even More News) and Robert Evans (Behind The Bastards and It Could Happen Here) look at the furry fandom in a two part episode of their podcast Worst Year Ever, and talk about the struggles they've had, and their successes, in rejecting far-right ideology.
