If it's federal or state, and the Barr DOJ can insert their influence in a federal investigation, in terms of whether to prosecute.

I'm sure our resident legal eagles vwill know more.

All decisions to prosecute or defer reside with the doj, and ultimately barr.

There are a lot of people besides potus who seem to have slipped by despite massive evidence they should be arrested. The kids, anyone involved in where the inauguration money went, anyone involved in the messes at the treasury or epa, etc.

But I guess he doesn't always have his eyes on the ball or people like parnas wouldn't have been charged. If trump knew they were going to do that, he would have stopped it.

The doj and fbi are largely compromised and corrupted.

He's more of an asset running his mouth than lawyered up..

I also wonder if there have been some warrants for electronic surveillance.

It's not likely that he will be indicted as long as Barr is AG.
