Bloomberg Responds to Trump Criticism

Michael Bloomberg hit back at President Trump’s earlier criticism on Twitter while once again attacking the president on health care.

Said Bloomberg: “Glad to see you’re watching our ads, Donald Trump. I know management isn’t your strong suit, so perhaps you don’t know your Justice Department supports a suit that would undermine protections for pre-existing conditions. Now that you know, why not ask them to drop the suit?”

Trump is taking a risk here because his low self esteem could be decimated by someone like Bloomberg who is so much more successful in the very ways Trump values and defines 'success'. I thought Trump might totally avoid even invoking Bloomberg's name, but it looks like it's game on. But I bet it won't last long.

EDIT: There's also the peripheral issue of 'Does Trump see his father when he sees Michael Bloomberg' in terms of how he will approach confronting him.

I don't hold any brief for Bloomberg, but you're right: He's successful in every metric Trump values, more successful than Trump, and has the wherewithal to give as good as he takes. Notice how Bloomberg notices that Trump's original tweet didn't link to Bloomberg's twitter account. Makes Trump looks like he's trying to avoid a confrontation using the lamest tool for avoidance.

for this one - I will sit back and howl with laughter. Bloomberg called him a Con man publicly before he was elected.

Than if he had a commercial that says something like "Vote for the real Billionaire".
