Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI heard from a friend in Mollymook, NSW, Australia today.
The fires have been close by. She has 3 elderly folks staying at her house since the fires destroyed their homes. She also reported that the local wombat rescue was destroyed.
If you would like to donate the rural firefighters battling these blazes you can at this site.
