2. Sanctions are an act of war!

We've been dropping bombs on Iraq for nearly 30 years, since 1991 - Somalia since 1992. What in the hell is going on in Yemen? How did things turn out in Libya? Where's the follow up on Haiti? Our news media is a farce for the most part. Sanctions kill the people who have the least to do with what their government decides. Maybe, we should provide food, water, and medicine to needy people across the globe regardless of our differences, rather than sending bombs and bullets that never solve the problem in the first place.

Never forget that Sec. Albright said on 60 Minutes that the deaths of 500,000 children 5 and under in Iraq caused by our sanctions was worth it. How did the media, and then this country swallow such crap? Propaganda.
