Bill Clinton is the only person I have heard who can actually make Republicans want to help the poor

How he does it I don't know? But I noticed my hard line Republican mother who watched his speech last night and loves him now wants to help fund programs like free school lunches for poor children and such.

I can't do it. But President Clinton can. I have tried. How the hell does he accomplish this? Anyone know how he does that?
