I think that the death of a beloved Republican figure l(esp. Nancy Reagan) might turn things in Romney's favor.


What are the possibilities you see?

1. electrionic voting machines and voter suppression

If I thought the voting machines couldn't be rigged, I'd feel a whole lot better.

4. But they be rigged and WILL be rigged. And no one is talking about it. Again. Still.

You can count on them skimming off about 1-3 points in as many districts as they can. Which translates to anything less then a 4-5% lead for Obama, is a net loss to us. That's why GOTV and turnout- massive, landslide turnout, is mandatory. Otherwise we will loose. And combined with the disenfranchisement and suppression and voter IDs and everything else they will do to prohibit voters from voting- it's a pretty dismal situation.

2. People not giving Obama's campaign enough money and not working hard enough for him.

Fortunately, I don't think either will happen while there is still any opportunity for Romney to be President.
