I mean, any political/partisan-leaning outlet (such as FOX, NPR, etc.) (NOT to disparage NPR!! I listen every day and appreciate their honest approach) expects that the people listening/reading featured material have been somewhat propagandized to support/believe information that supports their particular affiliation. What baffles me is why FOX featured something that is an "anti-popularity" poll - is it possible that they COMPLETELY MISUNDERSTOOD that this poll rating - 41% DISapproval, was indeed an indicator of the President's approval rating?

The only other explanation is that they are dimwitted.
