I just bought a pair of jeans from http://www.allamericanclothing.com/.

Less than $10 more than the equivalent Levi's. Good service. Good fit. So far, so good on quality. The claim to be as their name indicates, all sourced and made in the US, including a code for the farm where the cotton was grown.

I do hope it's a blue company rather than red.
