I'm hoping it's not a huge can of whoop-ass because it will be American troops paying the price in blood and bodies. There are calls in the Iraqi parliament for all American troops to be expelled from the country... if this were to happen then the Iranian general will have achieved in death something that the Iranian regime would be absolutely delighted about.

And now Soleimani will be revered in Iran and much of Iraq. We know Trump is an idiot who has no capacity to think beyond his next cheeseburger, but what is truly frightening is that he has created a national security group and top DoD leaders who will do whatever he wants, no matter how damaging it is to the US. Pompeo was smiling as he straight up lied about the imminent threat of a future attack.
