they have a gangster next door, but they're doing quite well themselves.

Other Scandinavian countries - Norway, Denmark, Sweden.

Canada.

There seems to be a bit of a correlation between a country being relatively peaceful and having cold winters! Their nuttier politicians stay at home more?
