so he ran the elections, with all kinds of shenanigans. John Conyers had hearings on "What happened in Ohio"...and there's a book written by the same name. There were several other states....it was the first Presidential election since Bush vs Gore, where the electronic voting machines mandated by HAVA were in place...so while other states with Republican control had issues, Ohio went beyond the pale. He has actually been on some of the 'news' programs around election season to share his expertise.
