There is a word that perfectly describes Trump. That word is: bully. It is negative awful word.

...We learned that word in grammar school about the person that pushed us around, never said he/she was "sorry" and thought that he/she could get away with anything and never have consequences. Someone defined that person for us. That is an ugly awful word that almost everyone hates. The word "bully" describes people who hate others, and believe only in themselves.
...In discussing politics with people who are so called, "Independents" and voted for Trump last time, and are considering voting for him again, use the word .."bully" That word is likely to bring up a bad feeling and relate it directly to Donald Trump for only one reason: Donald Trump, our current president,is a bully Bully is a truthful word describing Donald Trump.
...You don't have to be a full time news reader to know this, or a democrat, republican or independent, or even non voter. Donald Trump is a bully, was a bully and will always be a bully. He has had more than 3 years to change as president, and he hasn't changed a bit. Trump is just as mean pushy and determined to get his way at all costs, as he was the first day he became president. Trump must not be reelected. In conversations with people who are neutral about him, and may not vote for him again, or are unknown as to how they voted, use the word ..bully ..It perfectly describes Trump, is simple to understand, and easy to say. Trump is a bully. And of course it is the total truth. Donald Trump is a bully

There's a lot of overlap between a narcissist and a bully, though a few important distinctions. Trump physically likes intimidating others, particularly since it feeds into his own self-image as acting manly, a captain of industry, blah blah blah, but in a one on one physical fight with someone like Obama, his predecessor would wipe the floor with Trump. My sense, based upon several sudden conversions, is that Trump is actually an extortionist and blackmailer. This is consistent with his behavior in the Ukraine. He likes putting people into his power, and he likes the fear that he generates in those people he controls. The problems that blackmailers have are that they usually have trouble dealing with people who aren't under their control, they are by nature impulsive, and they can themselves be snared quite easily.

Trump is a hedonist - he likes opulence and has an outsized spending habit, which translates into constantly going broke. He went to the Russians to fund his latest real estate expansions, and given how poorly he runs them, I suspect that the Russians own him almost completely at this point, if the latest DeutscheBank revelations are any indication. His outsized ego also meant that he sought the presidency because he deserved it, despite the fact that, had he been smart, he'd have realized that being president meant that everything he did would be under a microscope, which is a dangerous place for a blackmailer to be.

The other thing that bullies and blackmailers share is that they are cowards. They never get their own hands dirty, instead, relying upon those they've bought or blackmailed to do the dirty work. Trump is notably germaphobic, and I think it's actually a very intrinsic part of his personality.
