Why now?

I've been hearing this question all day. The media keeps refusing to put the facts together, not one that I've seen yet has stated the obvious, to distract from all of the bombshell revelations coming out in recent days that show the clear guilt of the corrupt illegitimate. The evidence in the last week has been devastating, from the Mueller report to the Ukraine scandal, that is why now.

ground leaders, Iraqi militia commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, it also took out the mastermind who had been planning the previous attacks on coalition bases and who had approved this embassy attack.

We killed that mastermind as he landed to personally work onsite on the next stages. We are still engaged in this embassy situation, killing the attackers leaders is part of our defensive counter attack and a necessary part of saving our people and embassy.

out on trump's guilt on the Ukraine bribe and the impeachment, not to mention an obvious attempt to help his re-election chances?

Have we not watched that orange MF throw up distractions for three fucking years now when things break bad for him?

over the attack from Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and direct their next actions and getting them both into the same car was genius.

Some of us are still worried about the people that we were worried about 3 days ago.

Replying to @RepSlotkin
What always kept both Democratic and Republican presidents from targeting Soleimani himself was the simple question:

Was the strike worth the likely retaliation, and the potential to pull us into protracted conflict?

Seems it was worth it to trump to get impeachment from being on every newscast.

Now all Americans have to brace for the many forms retaliation will take, from who knows what direction, both here and abroad.

Thanks, trump

with at least one of the ground leaders, then it was time to strike, 1000s of Americans, Brits and others would be alive if McChrystal had taken him out in 2007, or someone else had since then.

We should be worried about saving our people and our embassy, not wringing our hands over the deaths of the men attacking it.

Taking him out wasn't worth the repercussions of the deaths and casualties of retaliations, and possible WAR that will/may come.

That didn't matter to the orange, impeached imposter trying to save his sorry ass from going to jail if he doesn't get re-elected.

lament the Americans he murdered, not the death of this terrorist.

Already his and the other deaths have resulted in pressure being taken off people at the embassy, this man was irreplaceable to Iranian terrorist efforts in the ME, this weakens their entire terrorist network.

They don't want to put facts together. Print media is doing all the investigations. T V is cheap talk and no walk.

Since the Impeachment Hearings started, Trump has been making what is, for him, a concerted effort to President. It's undoubtedly a PR strategy; give the RWNM grist for the mill.

Now he gets to point at Dems who object and call them unpatriotic. It worked in 93, it worked in 01, it worked in 03.
