He just killed Iran's military commander. An extremely bad man to be sure, but this is literally how wars start. It's about retaliation now. Do you think Iran can play nice and not lose face in this scenario? They have to keep their people (currently in a state of unrest) under control. How do you see this ending?

Trump doesn't have the wits to think up a plan by himself and Putin would be able to leverage Trump's need for something to distract the public. This plan will weaken the US and Iran both which is a big win for Putin's Russian oligarchs.
