Among the election security developments to expect early in 2020 is the Senate Intelligence Committee to release its report on the Obama administration's response to election interference in 2016, Intel Chairman Richard Burr told me earlier this month. https://thehill.com/policy/cybersecurity/475571-election-security-ransomware-dominate-cyber-concerns-for-2020

"It will be out as soon as we get back," Burr said of dropping the report after the holiday break. The report will be the third of five volumes stemming from the committee's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election to be released.
