He broke the union, he raised taxes and user fees for the common person. Our wages has stagnated since Jan.'81, in fact in a lot of cases they've gone down. He raised the level of discourse to the point where it was easy for the bushes to divide our country even more along the lines of race and class.
Yes, to me this is an easy pick.

Ronald Reagan started this downward cycle for the middle class and they have lionized him. One bright spot that I see is that the sparkle for Ronnie is beginning to fade, IMO.

He totally HATES being called Tex.

So I call him Tex.

From his wiki page:

Sensenbrenner has a net worth of about $11.6 million.[30] His net worth in 2010 was $9.9 million. [31] He is an heir to the Kimberly-Clark family fortune,[32] but no longer owns any Kimberly-Clark stock.[31] His great-grandfather invented Kotex napkins and served as Kimberly-Clark's second president but he has never served on the board or been directly involved with the company.[31] He has put his money into stocks, as detailed in the Congressional Record.[6] Sensenbrenner has also won lottery prizes three times, the largest, $250,000, in 1998. [33][30]

Two weeks ago he tripped while leaving a stage outside of Milwaukee(karma) and broke his hip AND arm at the elbow (or else his hip broke and he fell). He missed the convention.

He was Daddy's favorite, and had he won the Florida governor's race in 1994, you can bet your top dollar he would have been the Bush running in 2000 and not Dubya.

And let me tell you--as a Florida resident--he was and still is bad news. Do you think that having an idiotic Bush brother as President did serious damage to the country? Just imagine the damage a thinking man's Bush brother could have done.

What do you mean that a Congressman did not win a National Office? Certainly a seat in the House of Representatives is a national office.

So you're saying a member of the House of Representatives is not resultant of a national election, what about a Senate seat? It seems to me that both being Constitutionally instituted offices they both rise to National in scale. By comparison your County Commission or city Mayor or state Governor hold no Constitutional authority at all and so are not National offices.
