Greenland Lost 12.5 Billion Tons Of Ice In One Day - Otherwise Economy Doing Great!

Here is the link.

https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/greenland-lost-record-breaking-125-billion-tons-ice-single-day-180972808/

How would the economy be doing with a balanced budget and consumers paying to sequester the carbon our children and grandchildren will have to pay for with their lives? How is Australia doing TODAY by the way? Burning..... Practically the entire frigging continent is on fire.

All day long I hear about how great the economy is doing. Seventy five percent of Americans say the economy is doing good or great. The media tells us over, and over, and over how the economy is doing great. Like one big non stop Trump Re-Election Ad. It makes me sick.

One problem. If you take out how well the 1% are doing, the economy isn't doing so great. If you account for pay for sequestration of greenhouse gas emissions, and pollution, the planet is actually being destroyed. Cancer Alley is coming to your town. All them "job killing" regulations have been cut!

The economy sucks.

Except for billionaires, and stock owners.

Half of Americans don't have $1,000 in cash. Most of them work their asses off, just to help the wealthy rob them.

Media, stop gaslighting us. The economy isn't in depression mode, but within 30 years it will be without any doubt. There is more to life on Planet Earth than the next 10 minutes.

For each new job, we add $500,000 to the debt.

Some day, maybe soon, our creditors will look at our balance sheet and say "NO MORE".

So, will we curtail our Imperial Army...designed to protect oil fields and autocrats?

Not likely. Look at Chile, Argentina, and other countries that the Chicago School economists put in debt. The bill was paid by eviscerating the social safety net (think Social Security and Medicare), and wholesale privatization of the commons. Oligarchs bought public resources at fire sale prices and stripped these countries of their treasures.

These people can not be trusted with public or fiscal policy.
