I hope his and his family's situation in Turkey gets rectified soon. He needed special permission to get into canada as he no longer has a passport. He will become a US citizen in 2021 i think he said. US lawmakers are helping him a great deal he says.

The NBA is going international in a big way. Now that the Raptors won the Championship, and Raptors President Masai Ujiri is promoting basketball in a BIG way in Africa and other countries (with the NBA's full support and blessing) the NBA will be doing everything possible to promote international players. It's a good thing!

Should be interesting to see if he gets stopped and harassed at customs on his way back into the country. He said nice things about Canada an "Nasty" Justin Trudeau. That's big no-no in Trumplandia.

Canada seems to be doing the things that will help the entire world.

The U.S.A. has a great deal of catching up to do.

We had better start soon, or remain in the dust.

This is a choice. Remain relevant, or relegate ourselves to the dustbin of history.

I know my choice, but I am not confident that the majority of our citizens share that viewpoint.

have been convinced it's poor and minority people that have fucked them over during the past 40 years.

A vast majority of them know it was Reagan and the 1% that really fucked them over, but to admit that, they'd have to admit they were ignorant dipshits.

They'd rather elect a dipshit like Donnie Dollhands than admit they were fucking saps that not only said; sure come and rob me, they left cookies out for the thieves
