Jill Wine-Banks, on 'The Last Word'

Spoke about jurors; how they are allowed to be biased but they must put that aside to fairly execute their duties in a trial.

So, thinking of a Senate trial, am I right that votes on the trial rules pass with 51? If so, can the vow be changed to specifically mention bias and/or fairness?

Republicans who have openly vowed to acquit Trump will have to pass on taking the vow or lie, yet again.
