I guess it's nice that the editor in chief finally managed to find a bit of integrity within himself. I suppose it was a lot easier for him to do that now, since he's set to retire very soon.

He's retiring in January. Whatever fallout there may be as a result of this, it's not really going to affect him in any material way.
