FINALLY! Trump's violations of the Impoundment Control Act being discussed by MSM

Sen. Chris Van Hollen just brought this up on Chris Hayes' show.

IMO, violations of the Impoundment Control Act are the clearest violations of a criminal statute in this impeachment proceeding.
