After Queen's Speech, newly empowered Boris Johnson boasts his 'radical' agenda will 'transform' Britainhttps://www.washingtonpost.com/world/europe/in-queens-speech-britains-boris-johnson-gives-first-hints-of-how-he-may-govern/2019/12/19/21b05cce-2114-11ea-b034-de7dc2b5199b_story.html
LONDON Elizabeth II arrived by Rolls-Royce, not horse-drawn carriage, to deliver the Queen's Speech on Thursday, the royal utterance that opens a new session of Parliament, this one dominated by Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his vow to leap ahead with Brexit after years of "dither and delay."
There was less pageantry, but more policy, and the Queens Speech in the House of Lords offered a first glimpse of how Johnson intends to wield the sweeping power he won in a landslide election last week.
With a broad majority in Parliament, Johnson has vowed not only to get Brexit done, but to transform Britain and get the countrys mojo back.
But still unanswered, even after a six-week campaign, is how the prime minister will govern, and which vision of the future will he chase after Britain leaves the European Union next month.

Of the United Kingdom is underway. Im of the opinion the Queen will pass on soon. This will accelerate countries leaving and King Charles (or whichever name he takes) will preside over an ever shrinking kingdom.

But probably not the way Boris claims.
