Is Tom Cole (R-OK) having trouble finding speakers for this debate?

He keeps reserving his time and just said he's been waiting for speakers to show up.

Betcha he is having them wait until closer to lunch hour so he can have them speak while people are breaking for lunch and sneaking time in front of TV’s or radios.

for every committee hearing since the beginning.

What is normally allowed is that they can submit/amend any written "remarks" for the record "within 5 legislative days" (so I expect they will look around at the polling and then submit copious amounts of written garbage).
