2004 and another in 2011. They are wonderful to deal with and do not resort to used car salesman tactics. Their repair service and warranty service is as advertized and everyone we dealt with in both NC and in CT were professional. Carmax deserves our support.

and sold to them, and both times it was very pleasant.

I was especially surprised at the price they gave me for the old jalopy I sold them. Better than I could have gotten trying to sell it myself.

And we recommend them to friends. Went to Honda dealer for our last used car and got hosed. We will always use Carmax from now on. The CEO speaking at the DNC was good PR.
