Projection......without the screen
Trump’s uses projection like a murderer uses the river when he tosses his gun in after the crime. Just trying to get rid of the evidence and get some of the heat off.
Trump’s projecting slides out of his mouth like a fine-tuned habit.He doesn’t even try to soften it by whispering after dark. He does it in broad daylight, on an international stage, in the aftermath of a devastating hurricane, after a school shooting. He does it in front of Native American Code Talkers, coal miners, the CIA. He does it in the Oval Office, in front of our troops, with his doctor at his side, in front of his wife, at a factory he’s lying about. He does it in Florida, New York, Michigan, Puerto Rico, London, South Korea, the Rose Garden. He does it about dead people, disabled people, poor people, displaced people. He does it about heroes, about wildfires, about exonerated inmates.
I understand the why part of this. What I don’t understand are all the people who know exactly what he’s doing, but still nod in agreement.
