I don't know how true that is. I believe the only source for that info was Media Whores Online and they're long gone. Depending on the mood here, it can be either affectionate or derogatory. As babylonsister said ... it's complicated!

Anyway, after saying I wasn't going to call him Tweety anymore, I now realize that I didn't always use that name to be mean. I like the guy. I've been frustrated with him in the past ... but I do like him. Maybe it is a term of endearment ... and maybe it always has been.

as Rush Limbaugh= Limpballs. or reince preibus=rinse penis, rancid pubis etc

tweety is more like a tease . or one of those nicknames you give a kid for something silly and it just kind of sticks and ends up being more affectionate with time.
