Maybe the SDNY hasn't indicted Giuliani yet because they want him to keep talking and tweeting

out even more incriminating evidence against himself and Trump. Why shut down the well while the oil is still gushing?

it's also possible that Billy Barr put the kibosh on any indictments - SDNY managed to snag Parnas and the other dude when Barr was out of the country trying to shake down other countries for dirt on Biden. But, now that Barr's been back, it's another story.
