there are a few variations on the theme and nuances such as "We get all the money and you fight over the scraps" or "I worked hard for what I got, you should too" or "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" , but you have the gist of their ideology.

A handful of morally repugnant elites ruling a mass of people too desperately poor to look beyond struggling to get through each day.

Essentially, what I came out with was:

1) Wealth for the wealthy;
2) Power for the powerful;
3) Comfort for the comfortable;
4) Poverty for the poor;
5) Affliction for the afflicted.
