Iowa City gay rights activist Zach Wahls will speak at the Democratic National Convention this week. From the Des Moines Register:

Zach Wahls, the Iowa college student who rocketed to online fame for his testimonial about being raised by two mothers, will speak Thursday at the Democratic national convention.

“I’ll be talking about love, respect and what makes a family,” he told The Des Moines Register tonight.
