We wouldn't know. There is no requirement they be made public until they are used.

Any normal person, and especially a former federal prosecutor, would be hunkered down and lawyered up. Even the criminally insane wouldn't act like this with the feds watching them.

Consider: All of the things that we know for a fact and no News Paper of record is calling for MF45's resignation RIGHT NOW.
I remember very clearly that when Bill Clinton stood accused of consensual sex.... the papers and news networks were demanding his resignation within a week or so of his accusal.
