For a luxury hotel, it really lacks upkeep and decent views. Why would anyone with money stay here? Even if you don't have money, I wouldn't recommend you stay here.
Why do you think he puts the country of origin on the name tags of his mostly Hispanic service workers? It's probobly not their real country of origin.
