I think that's actually the Clinton's private server, on which a bunch of Hillary Clinton's emails were stored.
The collection of DNC information called Crowdstrike was actually stored on a cloud service, which means it was scattered among a number of physical servers. CrowdStrike (note uppercase S) is the name of the American company in Sunnyvale that investigated the Russian attempts to hack it.
Trump and his minions are quite confused about all this, though not necessarily more confused than they are about the world in general.

CORRECTION: W HAMILTON and other online sources say this is indeed a DNC server. I can't find where I read about it really being a cloud service, so that part of my comment is likely to be wrong. The cartoon still works, however; this could be the server shown in it.
