Lost in the Ohio early voting "debate"

Meanwhile, a Washington-based conservative watchdog group said Tuesday that it’s also suing Husted for failing under federal law to maintain accurate voter registration lists. Judicial Watch said in a lawsuit filed last week that certain counties have more registered voters than the total voting age population in those counties.

It really doesn't matter if there are more registered voters on the roll as long as only legal ones LiberalFighter Sep 2012 #2

vote. I believe states/counties also have to follow federal law about the procedure to remove voters from the roll. Part of the problem is that the info they might have that would remove because they are deceased or other reason doesn't match. It is mostly, in my opinion it is clerical related such as inputting the name wrongly or date of birth.
