(37,540 posts)Wouldn't that be a hoot. Ron Paul, the scourge of the GOP and 20+ year do nothing backbencher, could be the guy who decides who the GOP's nominee will be.
I wonder what price he'd extract? Abolishment of the Fed? A promise to shut down the EPA and $ for public education?

(4,281 posts)What will they have to offer him to pledge to support Romney if he's the nominee? They will never let him be VP, he's too different. My guess? Federal Reserve Chairman, a post where he would actually be qualified for.
