but these republicans are so compromised and have been so eager to defend the undefendable that I am doubtful, although still hopeful, the majority in the Senate will act as the traitors they are and vote against impeaching the creature.

Someone has to start a big campaign calling republicans traitors, explaining in a very understandable way they are defending a con who is Putin's boy and affecting the country in very negative ways with explicit examples of those who are suffering the most which happen to be a lot of those who support him. Memes must be started, a big campaign before the Senate gets to vote, their re-election chances must be fragile and then, because all they care is to be re-elected, they will not vote their conscience but they will vote to impeach just to save their sits in government.
