(84,711 posts)I just wonder why Obama didn't do enough to keep Teddy's Seat after the Kennedy Family went out of their way to endorse him and even gave the Obama Family "BO...the Water Dog" spawn of the Ted Kennedy Legacy.
Always struck me as weird Karma.

(42,770 posts)He stood up every day and came and fought for those less fortunate. He could have sat on his yacht. He could have counted his money. He could have put his feet up and ate caviar. And, even though his two brothers died a violent death, and safety would have been a lesser man's worry...he kept on going.
He is a light shining in the heavens to me.

I miss them all, but mostly Ted as he was around for us for so very long.
He'll never be forgotten, we know this much anyway.
