He continues various cringeworthy, whiny versions of "I don't wanna go." and "You can't make me!" until the bottom of page 9, where Schiff suspends proceedings and starts a clock. The time elapsed until Gaetz leaves is to be taken from time allotted for the minority to pose questions.

Top of p10 restarts the meeting with no explanation of how Gaetz was vacated. Most of the page involves explanation of parliamentary procedure which excludes people like Gaetz, with a comment from Jordan about no mention in PP re losing time. Schiff ignores this comment and asks if Jordan has an opening statement, which he does. Through most of p12, Jordan complains about how unfair impeachment is, and how the Dems are doing it all wrong.

MR. JORDAN: Well, I had a statement I wanted to get to when you interrupted me.

He was acting like an 8 year old.

(according to the top of the transcript, the proceeding started at 9:55 am and then Schiff gave his statement and then they ran into Gaetz, so I may ballpark a 20 - 30 minute wait time)

I hope he continues with that tactic. If Republicans want to waste their time grandstanding, filibustering, then every second of that time should be counted against their time they have to question witnesses.

Actually they probably have no actual questions for witnesses, other than things like "When did the Democrats come to you to get you to turn on, and lie about our great President?"

So the Fiona Hill and Alexander Vindman impeachment hearing transcripts just dropped. They’re lengthy, but I immediately started skimming Hill’s testimony before intending to head out the door to run some errands.

Oh, but my eyes are glued to the page now.

And I particularly enjoyed this exchange recounting how Rep. Matt Gaetz got his ass thrown out of the meeting:...............
