My mail included a flyer from the Kentucky ("We believe Kentucky voters are stupid) Republican Party.
The front shows a big photo of Donald Trump, beside this: "Trump Impeachment May Be on the Ballot in Ky. Governor's Race." The statement is so idiotic that he may have written it himself.
I will make two points.
The first one is that impeachment is not on a ballot in any state. Impeachment is a process in the U.S.House of Representatives. We are not voting for representatives this election, on Tuesday.
That leads directly into my second point which is that governors do not vote for impeachment. Only members of the House of Representatives vote on whether or not to impeach a president.
If you do not understand this, as the Republican Party of Kentucky apparently does not, please don't try to vote on election day. If you do, take your own crayon to your voting place and ask the staff to read the ballot to you.

(21,110 posts)will need to prove they are NOT stupid before I believe anything different. I can promise you that Doug Jones will be voted out this next election, JUST because of the D behind his name. And despite ALL the evidence, if the orange buffoon is still in office, they will also vote for him. Evidently, you can't fix stupid.
