DeVos Suggests Solution to Increase Student Test Scores

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos has a plan that will boost student test scores in schools across the United States. She plans to introduce this plan in the coming days, but outlined it in an impromptu interview to this reporter. She said:
"The problem is that we have too many stupid children in our school system. They are bringing down the test scores and bringing shame on our schools. The answer is simple: We will establish work camps for those students who fail to deliver excellent test scores. There, they will engage in labor that is suitable for their limited capabilities and be trained for jobs in our infrastructure system that do not require knowledge. There are ditches to dig and rocks to break. Let them do that, while our more capable and deserving children improve overall test scores."
When asked if this might not result in discrimination against some groups of students, she said:
"God made them as they are. If our minority children, bless their hearts, don't have the capacity to learn and keep up with others, then we'll find some work for them to do at wages that do not cause problems for the budget. Why should we continue to spend on ungrateful children who will only perpetuate their own poverty?"
To a question about the rights of all students, DeVos continued:
"Rights, Schmights! If God wanted those children to be treated fairly, He wouldn't have made them stupid and impossible to teach. I don't understand why that isn't obvious to everyone. Now, I must leave. I'm having tea with the President of the United States! He is 100% behind my patriotic plan."
