The full Ukrainian transcript exists and will PROVE quid pro quo!

Transcript-Gate:

The Deliberate Attempt by the Trump White House to Misrepresent and Hide the Full Transcript of Trump’s Ukrainian Call

Summary: The WH released a highly redacted summary of the Ukrainian call, likely cutting out more explicit references to quid pro quo.

So far, this file is two sections of information and one for links to original documents.

Contents:

–I. Longer, more accurate, word-for-word transcript exists.
–II. The full transcript has eight (8) references to Biden.
–III. Original materials.

(If you find relevant material on his issue, please add it to this thread and I will incorporate in the next version. This file can become a decent recourse for us on this issue.)

I. A longer, more accurate, word-for-word transcript exists

An entire article in The New York Times (10.30.19) based on Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman's testimony makes this point directly:

"Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindmanthe top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, told House
impeachment investigators on Tuesday that the White House transcript of a July call between President
Trump and Ukraine’s president omitted crucial words and phrases, and that his attempts to include
them failed, according to three people familiar with the testimony.

The omissions, Colonel Vindman said, included Mr. Trump’s assertion that there were recordings of former
Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. discussing Ukraine corruption, and an explicit mention by Ukraine’s
president, Volodymyr Zelensky, of Burisma Holdings, the energy company whose board employed
Mr. Biden’s son Hunter
."

But Dan Bongino on Fox and Friends (10.07.19) claimed the summary of the transcript that the WH released was the entire conversation. He said it is only 11 minutes (of a 30 min. call) because of the time it took the translators to relay the messages. But translators at this level work real-time with the speaker as with speeches the United Nations.

Trump himself continually claimed (as DU member California Republic witnessed) the SUMMARY transcript is word-for-word as at his rally in Minneapolis 10.10,19.

In a 7:30 a.m. tweet on October 9, Trump lied, saying the transcript covered the entire call:

“The so-called Whistleblower, before knowing I was going to release
the exact Transcript, stated that my call with the Ukrainian President
was ‘crazy, frightening, and completely lacking in substance related
to national security.’ This is a very big Lie. Read the Transcript!”

At rallies in Minneapolis and Lake Charles, Louisiana (October10 &11), Trump continually characterized the document he released as a full transcript despite the fact that it is clearly labeled, in all caps, “MEMORANDUM OF TELEPHONE CONVERSATION.”

Such official characterizations make the case behind a subpoena stronger since (much as the release of the MEMORANDUM effectively nullifies all claims of privilege) such a characterization leaves that, itself, open to investigation.

But the whistle-blower claimed a fuller, word-for-word transcript exists. On page 3 of the report. he or she writes:

"In the days following the phone call, I learned from multiple U.S. officials
that senior White House officials had intervened to 'lock down' all records
of the phone call, especially the official word-for-word transcript of the
call that was produced—as is customary—by the White House
Situation Room."
(Bottom, p. 3):

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/09/26/us/politics/whistle-blower-complaint.html

On Morning Joe Oct. 3rd. Congressman Subramanian Raja Krishnamoorthi (D. Illinois) made the same case clearly, even telling how the actual transcription occurred with voice-recognition software and editing.

On Oct. 9th, CNN confirmed the congressman’s points about the creation of the full transcript:

“. . . a State Department interpreter fluent in Ukrainian was providing
real-time translation. And a duty officer from the Situation Room took
notes that would later be paired with a log of the call using voice
recognition software to put together a rough transcript.”

https://www.cnn.com/2019/10/08/politics/donald-trump-ukraine-call-details-aftermath/index.html

Congressman Agnus King (I. Maine) has also noted its existence:

“Independent Senator Angus King has claimed that some 20 minutes
of the phone call between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President
Volodymyr Zelensky are missing from the White House memo detailing
the conversation.
King told CNN host Anderson Cooper Tuesday that he and his staff had
reconstructed the call using the memo, determining that more than two
thirds of the call time was unaccounted for.
The full transcript of the now-infamous call between the two leaders has
not been released. Though the document makes clear that the read out has
been edited, it is not clear exactly how much has been cut, and what t
hose sections may contain.”

https://www.newsweek.com/senator-king-suggests-least-20-minutes-are-missing-trump-ukraine-call-transcript-1462622

Quoting the above CNN story, Chris Hayes on All In with Chris Hayes spent the initial minutes of A block on the issue of a word-for-word transcript, emphasizing its importance. He claimed that by showing the summary Trump has waved executive privilege making it easier to get with a subpoena. One of Hayes’s guests reenforced that view, however another said the summary may be essentially the entire except for what the ellipses, but was uncertain.

Trump’s call to Ukraine was so troubling, they secreted the full transcript on a highly classified server as CNN reported 10.9.19:

“The scramble and fallout from the call, described by six people familiar
with it, parallels and expands upon details described in the whistleblower
complaint. The anxiety and internal concern reflect a phone conversation
that deeply troubled national security professionals. . . .
At least one National Security Council official alerted the White House's
national security lawyers about the concerns, three sources familiar with
the matter said, a detail that had not been previously disclosed. Those
same lawyers would later order the transcript of the call moved to a highly
classified server typically reserved for code-word classified material.
. . .
The order to move the transcript came from the White House's national
security lawyers to prevent more people from seeing it, according to people
familiar with the situation. It also came after recognition the document
would need to be preserved for legal reasons.”

Ned Price however believes the unaccounted for time was due to the translaters:

"Ned Price
✔@nedprice

This account confirms that Trump and Zelensky spoke through interpreters. That explains why the reconstructed transcript doesn't reflect 30 minutes of dialogue. There's more than enough betrayal captured in the transcript and little need to speculate about what might be omitted."

II. The full transcript has eight (8) references to Biden

ABC News claims Trump mentioned Biden eight(8) times, urging Ukraine to help with investigation as did The Wall Street Journal:

“The newly released transcript of President Donald Trump's phone call
with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy reveals that Trump repeatedly
urged him – eight times -- to work with his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani,
to help with investigations, including into former Vice President Joe Biden
and Biden’s son.
The Wall Street Journalfirst reported on Saturday (9.28) that Trump urged Zelenskiy
to work with Giuliani ‘about eight times’ during the July 25 call.”

https://www.wsj.com/articles/trump-defends-conversation-with-ukraine-leader-11568993176 (I couldn’t get passed the pay-wall)

Yet Trump on the SUMMARY transcript only mentions Biden one (1) time.

“A lot of people are talking about that, the way they shut your
v ery good prosecutor down and you had some very bad people
involved. Mr. Giuliani is a highly respected man. He was the_
mayor of New York City, a great mayor, and I would like him to
call you. I will ask him to call you along with the Attorney General.
Rudy very much knows what's happening and he is a very
capable guy. If you could speak to him that would be great. . . .
(my ellision) The other thing. There's a lot of talk about Biden's son,
that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find
out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General
would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the
prosecution so if you can look into it ... It sounds horrible to me.

Where are the seven or so other times? Are they more explicit about quid pro quo? If Trump and his people made the summary we can count on the fact that the other references are more damning to The President. If we got only 11 mins. of a 30 min. call and that was terrible for Trump, imagine what is in the full 30 min. call!

They even rushed out the summary so no one would think to ask for (or subpoena) the full, word-for-word transcript of the entire 30 min. conversation.

But now that they’ve given us a SUMMARY the subpoena should have great appeal to a judge: after all they represented the summary as indicative of the entire. The Congress has a right to see if this is so.

Why ignore this when Republicans are saying quid pro quo is not explicit? So, let us give them the explicit goods.

Putin told Trump Ukraine is corrupt so Trump's running with that and a fake straight flush bet against the House that he'll win.

What's in it for him? He's clears his tainted legacy, gives Putin yet another favor for TT Moscow, he pardon's Manafort, Flynn, et al, since it was a corrupted Ukraine government that started the campaign DNC hacking during 2016.

The original transcript is the smoking gun evidence and a Royal straight flush for the House and that's why they wanted it hidden on a protected secret. This crime syndicate family has a thing for secret servers, just ask Kush.

Seeking foreign interference in an election is not a high crime or misdemeanor. Allowing Trump to get by with this outrage is going open an endless can of worms that could destroy the Republic.

He's lying about the phone call, and preventing the full transcript being made public while he attacks another decorated vet who served his country while he cowardly got a Dr to claim he had bone spurs to avoid the draft . Why do they support a serial liar, a career criminal, someone who accepts Putin and Kim, both murderers, over Americans. Someone who can't speak the truth to much of anything, and is so corrupt HE refuses to go before anyone under oath. These supporters are enabling a criminal, a liar, and someone who isn't all about making this country great, he's remaking the government to serve him, and only him, and until they realize that he'll continue damaging everything this country has stood for. You know how corrupt he and republicans are from their demands and preventing the truth from exposing their criminal acts. I don't believe the American people will vote for him and republicans for a long time after this attempt to destroy our Democracy. Trump will try to hurt Americans by abuse of power for his being exposed and removed from office.

thought it was the end of the Republican Party? As long as Fox exists to support the Republican Party and as long as abortion, gay rights, and tax cuts for the rich are issues, the Republican Party will continue to win elections after 2020. To dismantle the Republican Party we must first marginalize Fox. So goes Fox so goes the Republican Party. Without Fox, Republicans are doomed.

Have no links to add right now...but was surprised to read above that there WAS a full unredacted transcript.

Thought there was just two:
1) Barr's version that trump had him redact.

2) the original version ( which was also "edited". The way it worked was that there was voice recognition software that created a rough transcript which was then passed on to people for clean up and to fill in the blanks. I liken it to using you phone mic to text and then going back in and cleaning up words. My only point is that it was never a pure recording verbatim.

Is that the way you understand it?

Btw it was absolutely absurd for them to categorize Trump's version as from recollection and notes. It wasn't written from that perspective. If it had been it would have said something like, "and then president Z said..." Not like a live transcript as it was. It was Uber obvious they had taken the real transcript and doctored it.
