I wonder if we'll ever learn what Putin has over Trump?

Trump has spent years, unwaveringly bowing and scraping before Putin.
He sets Russia as his number one interest and works constantly to do it's bidding.

Some say he admires Putin's dictator-like control of Russia.
Some say he's in deep debt to Russian oligarchs.
Perhaps he's in debt for them handing him the presidency and of course the pee pee tapes might exist.

While these may be true, none of them seem enough to transform his "I am history's greatest" character into a subservient lap dog and maintain him in that position for years on end.

He's never this consistently supportive of anything. His views blow with the wind except when it comes to Russia.

Putin must hold something over Trump which is truly devastating.
Something that would totally destroy him if revealed.

Only something that would collapse his whole millionaire lifestyle could create such an unwavering hold on him.

I wonder what it could be and if we will ever find it out?

books that lay it out there. He has been courted by Russia since the 80's. Putin has been mentoring him basically to turn the US into an oligarchy...even though he he is a fairly inept buffoon, he has been successful to a certain degree, that is until the whistleblower came forward.

As Dumpy surfaced from time to time in Russia and elsewhere at his properties, doing whatever he could to attract attention, the rising and eventual President Putin may have used Russian intelligence to gather compromising/incriminating information on him--possibly for years.
