Among all of the myths and legends about razor blades in Halloween candy, nobody particularly cares about this:

Because it's an alternative for drivers seeking to avoid the light three blocks down.

Of course, the weather is forecast to be cool in the pool...I expect the "street bonfire" to be short-lived.
