My fellow Vets and friends in the military tell me that the surrender from Syria was a big upset to the pro Trumpers. First it was surrender, second it was abandoning allies they had developed relationships with, third it was leaving behind expensive facilities and equipment they had spent years developing and maintained, fourth there were anti Trumpers in the military already they just didn't speak up as much, now they speak up (among themselves) and point out how criminal and cowardly he is.

If he thinks the military would ever defend him when he is ordered out of the White House, or they would provoke a civil war for his bone spurs, he's got another thing coming.
