More than the apparel, the eyes are directed at the camera in the posed photo. Nobody is looking at the camera in the real photo.

That, to me, is the big tell.

Also, look at the tension on the faces of the people in Obama Administration photo, it was clear that they were watching something in real time and something stressful was happening. The Trump photo shows people gathered to take a picture.
