The Court ruled that all the redacted information must be turned over to the House Committees.
Most likely, the WH will appeal the decision to the Appeals Court, hoping to stymie the impeachment investigation.
However, the Democrats are debating whether or not they even need the evidence from the Mueller report? Many believe they have all the evidence they need from just the Ukraine part of investigation.
If the Democrats continue on their present path of investigation, the White House appeal of the Grand Jury info in the Mueller Report will all be for naught.

This is like killing a vampire. You must utterly destroy any and all avenues for them to survive.
Leave no stone unturned.
Who gives a rat's ass if they eventually don't need it? There will be hell to pay if they do need it and didn't bother.

(10,130 posts)17 Intelligence Agencies, the FBI and Mueller said so repeatedly.
There is a reasonable presumption that the man in the Oval office doesn't belong there due to this attack.
Whether this came about due to collusion with the Russians couldn't be proven beyond reasonable doubt but we are probably at the "preponderance of the evidence" level.
Mueller documents ten or so clear instances of obstruction of justice - which is arguably why he was unable to conclude a case for collusion beyond reasonable doubt.
There is additional evidence of the Republicans getting Russian money but no one "following the money" exclusively from Mueller's efforts while the White House blocks all efforts to obtain the documents elsewhere.
The new Attorney General grossly mischaracterizes the Mueller report - basically lying about it and all appearances are that he is basically a lawyer for the White House - not the country.
The country continues to be threatened by another attack on the 2020 election and the Republican party and White House continue to thwart any attempt to do anything about it - to protect the country.
The White House is caught by a whistle blower extorting Ukraine to muddy the findings on the attack of 2016 and the Attorney General tries to bury the complaint.
Meanwhile, the Attorney General has all kinds of time to fly around the globe chasing conspiracy theories to help his client, the President and cover their tracks for 2016.
The House would like to see the entire Mueller report, all it's underlying evidence and grand jury testimony so that it can do it's duty to try to understand all that has gone on and to protect the country.
That alone should make this a no brainer.
It is a disgrace that the media can't see the forest for the trees on this and outrageous that it continues.

(111,110 posts)That Bill Barr was able to take a two-year investigation, with ten possible obstruction of justice charges, and toss it in the trash can.
But the most amazing thing about it was how quickly the right-wing propag machine was saying there was nothing there ??
And people believed Barr !
And Mueller would say nothing that was not in his report, when he appeared before the Committee?
It is doubtful they would have gotten enough votes to impeach on the Mueller Report alone, in my opinion.

(111,110 posts)He would say they were inciting violence and threatened him with a gun. Actually both of them pulled a gun. He had no choice but to shoot them. They should pass the stand your Ground law. They acted like they were on drugs or something. I've done more to stop opioids than any Administration in history. Evah! We have the lowest unemployment rate in history. Even our biker friends are working...some of them are working on the wall out in Colorado. But Hannity and Dobbs both needed help. They were both very good men. It's a shame they had to kill themselves the way they did...

(25,983 posts)from without and within. The redacted information in the Mueller report belongs to the people of this country, and if it's too sensitive for public release, at the very least our representatives should be able to see it. They need to, to assess the risks as well as the context of their current inquiries.
Emphasis mine, and I agree it's time the media stopped second guessing and playing spin games and just do their jobs: report the facts, so that people know what is going on.

Dems need to nail the case for conviction on as many points as they can. Make it clear how much of a criminal he is so Rs have to either defend their acquittal vote, or it's so explicit they have no choice but to convict
